For general information, Takuminosato guide maps and tourist guides are available at the Hourakukan information center.
For our popular menu in the cafeteria, we hand-make the soba noodles from buckwheat flour produced in Minakami every day. Our latest menu item is galette, a delicious dish similar to crepes. These crepes are made with 100% buckwheat flour then topped with seasonal vegetables and mushrooms and cooked to perfection.
At the Farmer`s Market, we sell homegrown and homemade produce such as fresh seasonal vegetables, fruits, wild greens and canned goods. We also rent bicycles that visitors can take advantage of to fully explore Takuminosato.
