The roadside station is located at the entrance of Takuminosato.
At the Hourakukan, Kaori House and the Fukuju Teahouse, you can purchase delicious, homemade products made with natural ingredients from Minakami.
Also, please try your hand at making your own delicious soba noodles, tofu and konnyaku, known as konjac jelly.

For our popular menu in the cafeteria, we hand-make the soba noodles from buckwheat flour produced in Minakami every day. Our latest menu item is galette, a delicious dish similar to crepes. These crepes are made with 100% buckwheat flour then topped with seasonal vegetables and mushrooms and cooked to perfection.
At the Farmer`s Market, we sell homegrown and homemade produce such as fresh seasonal vegetables, fruits, wild greens and canned goods. We also rent bicycles that visitors can take advantage of to fully explore Takuminosato.
At Kaori House, you can learn to make Gunma`s specialty product
Konnyaku, which is konjac jelly, and buy products made with Konnyaku.
You can also enjoy famous products of Gunma such as Yakimanju, which are grilled buns covered in sweet miso sauce, and Konnyaku sweets.
Minakami tofu products created 100% from Minakami
grown soybeans, called Ootsuru, including horaku tofu and yose tofu are the
delicious gems of this teahouse.
Horaku tofu, piping hot and fried to crispy perfection are delicious! They are a popular snack of Fukuju Teahouse.
Starting from buns made from mulberry leaf dough and Takuminosato miso paste to buns filled with stalks of butterbur seasoned with soy sauce and coleseed, all of our buns are handmade.
You can experience making traditional Japanese foods such as soba
noodles at Hourakukan, konnyaku at Kaori House and tofu at Fukuju Teahouse.
